GP Extended Access Service
What is the GP Extended Access Service?
The Extended Access Service means that more appointments with GPs and other
Healthcare Professionals are now available to all patients registered with a GP
Surgery in Bedfordshire. This will make it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you, including in the evenings and at weekends.
When are appointments available?
Appointments are now available to patients registered at this practice from 6.30pm – 8pm Weekdays and from 8.30am-2.30pm on Saturdays and 8.30am-11.30am on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Appointments can be booked in advance and some appointments will be available to book on the day, either via your own practice or via NHS111. Extended access appointments are in addition to normal opening hours.
Who can access these appointments?
